1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions for the purchase, use, and maintenance of accounts for various online services sold by the seller (the “Store”), and governs the relationship between the Store and the individual or legal entity purchasing an account (the “User,” “Client”).

1.2. Purchasing an account from the Store constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, as well as any other rules specified on the Store’s website, in product descriptions, or in correspondence.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must refrain from purchasing and using accounts.

1.4. This Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with generally accepted principles of civil law, international e-commerce rules, and consumer protection laws, and may be applied in any jurisdiction unless directly contrary to mandatory local legal provisions.

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Store undertakes to provide the User with access (login, password, file, or other data) to an online service via the purchased account.

2.2. The User undertakes to use the account in accordance with this Agreement, applicable laws, and the rules of the corresponding online service.

 

3. Procedure for Purchasing and Activating an Account

3.1. The Store provides the account immediately after payment is received.

3.2. The User must activate and verify the functionality of the account within 60 minutes from the moment the account details are received.
If activation requires additional actions (e.g., entering a verification code), the User must complete them independently unless otherwise stated in the sales terms. If specified in the product description, the User is also required to record continuous screen video from the moment of payment (before the purchase) and during the verification of the purchased account [HOW TO RECORD A SCREEN]. Failure to do so will result in denial of warranty service.

3.3. The user is obliged to use a proxy when working with accounts. Only 1 account per 1 proxy is allowed. It is also prohibited to use public proxies, shared proxies, IPV6 proxies. It is allowed to use individual residential or server IPV4 proxies, as well as mobile proxies [DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT PROXIES]

 

4. Terms of Account Use

4.1. Accounts are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged with third parties.

4.2. The User undertakes not to use the account for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: fraud, spam distribution, copyright infringement, hacking, cyberattacks, dissemination of malicious software, and must also comply with the license terms and rules of the online service to which the account belongs.

4.3. It is prohibited to:

transfer account data to third parties;

use the account in automated systems (bots) if prohibited by the service;

interfere with the operation of services or alter the account’s functionality.

 

5. Warranty and Term of Validity

5.1. The Store guarantees the account’s operability for 60 minutes from the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

5.2. The warranty applies only to cases where the account becomes inoperative due to reasons beyond the User’s control (e.g., deletion, blocking by the service administration without violation of rules by the User).

5.3. The warranty does not cover blocking caused by the User’s violation of the service rules.

 

6. Refund and Replacement Policy

6.1. If the account becomes inoperative under warranty, the User is entitled to request a replacement or a refund.

6.2. To do so, the User must provide proof of the problem (screenshots, screen recording from the time of purchase until the login attempt).

6.3. Replacement or refund will be made within 24 hours after the malfunction is confirmed.

 

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Store is not liable for:

losses incurred by the User as a result of account blocking due to the User’s fault;

any indirect damages (lost profits, loss of data);

actions of third parties, including the administration of the online service.

 

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1. The Store processes the User’s personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the Agreement, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

 

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The Parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet outages, changes in legislation.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations between the Store and the User.

 

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The Store has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement unilaterally without notifying Users.

11.2. The use of the account after amendments have been made constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated version of the Agreement.

11.3. This Agreement enters into force upon the purchase of the account and remains valid until the User ceases to use the account.
